Nearly 15 years ago, a tech industry client tasked us with managing a complex travel program for their flagship annual conference. ATWM was born.

 

We have managed some of the most complex registration requirements in the business and are GDPR compliant. We've braved super typhoons, volcanic ash clouds and even a pandemic (now two, actually).  

 

We've been doing hackathons since before hackathons were a thing.
We have put many a square peg into round holes.

 

Let us leverage that experience for your conference, meeting, or event – large or small, wherever it may be.

Adrienne started her events career at a notable technology company. After a number of years on the client side, Adrienne received an incredible opportunity to transition to the agency side. As such, her perspective bridges both worlds. As a certified Virtual Event Meeting Management (VEMM) professional who also holds a Travel & Tourism Professional (TTP) designation from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Adrienne is uniquely qualified to provide complete event strategy and design to her clients.

Adrienne is trustworthy, loyal, passionate, and tenacious. She likes the job done… right (the first time). She is a travel aficionado who loves good food, more importantly – good wine, nature and boating Georgian Bay, ON.

AMY GREGORI

Senior Event Manager

Amy’s event experience is extensive and diverse. Everything from product launches and media events to large conferences and intimate incentive trips, Amy is the Senior Program Manager of your dreams. She is an expert in venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and all event logistics. She is a seasoned pro who will execute flawlessly on a client's requirements.
 

Amy is meticulous and has a fierce attention to detail. She loves to travel and cook, and she has a deep fondness for animals and nature. Her happy places are near water, horseback riding, and listening to music with coffee or red wine in hand.

AMANDA ROOT

Systems Manager

Amanda brings decades of IT experience to the ATWM team. Combined with her PMP and A+ certification - and a personality type described as creative with tactical thinking – Amanda will keep your event platform implementation on track and on time. Amanda also believes a sense of humour is key – which is always welcome in the world of events.
 
In addition to loving travel, scuba diving, and good food and wine, Amanda has two kitties. She is also fluent in ASL and even knows some Mandarin Chinese.

CLARICE COPPOLA

Senior Event Manager

As a Senior Event Manager with ATWM, Clarice focuses on attendee experiences. From parties to celebrities to VIP travel to games to dinners to wellness and all other experiential elements in between, Clarice will ensure your attendees don’t soon forget your event. Clarice brings decades of making the attendee journey memorable and lives to make your vision come alive – on time and even better, she loves to come in under budget!
 
Fun facts: Clarice is a former New Yorker who, in addition to residing all over the US has also lived in Africa. She literally has the best stories of anyone we know (and we think some of our stories are pretty good, so...). Her English bulldog, Bruno, has a personality as big as Clarice’s. She’s loyal, warm and passionate and will go the distance for your event.

MATTHEW RUIVO

Senior Software Engineer

Matthew lives for creative technology problem solving. Whether Matthew is building a custom solution inside an existing system or architecting an entirely custom solution, Matthew ensures meticulous precision and welcomes the most complex of design and web challenges.

Matthew is a problem solver at heart, and one who loves to learn - always keeping up with the latest web standards and design practices. When he's not at work, you'll find him either outside on one of his many adventures, or inside engrossed in his love for music.

JOE GREC

Partner & Technical Lead

Joe brings a unique and invaluable combination of IT, AV, and production skills and experience together as an A+ Certified Technician. As the Technical Lead, Joe is instrumental in determining what is possible and coming up with innovative solutions.

Joe has a calming demeanor and always sees a logical approach. He loves waterskiing, craft beers, and a good steak. Joe is also the best dressed techy around.

STEPH JARMAN

Team Administrator

Steph is from the south of England and emigrated to Canada in 2017. Steph's previous experience in the financial industry and in administration are key assets for her role as the ATWM Administrative Assistant.

Steph likes to be proactive and gets things done. She works on a clear desk policy and loves schedules, plans and to do lists and is always fully prepared for any occasion. {She is literally the perfect Administrative Assistant for an event planning company!}

Steph enjoys concerts and watching live music as well as singing, reading, and doing charity walks.  Steph is a dab hand when it comes to decorating and even enjoys painting and wallpapering. Steph and her husband have two adorable children and a nearly equally adorable cockapoo named Archie.

JULIE JORDAN

Registration Manager

Julie Jordan is a research enthusiast. She is the kind of person who actually enjoys reading about system updates and watching enhancement tutorials. Julie has a fabulous attention to detail and is a connoisseur of all things registration-related. Julie will go the extra step to ensure your registration system is flawless.

Julie loves to travel. She, together with her husband, in addition to two children, have also raised a polite parrot. Yes, a parrot. And while she's attempted several times to become a wine lover, Julie prefers to pair fine chocolate with blankets and historical fiction.
