Busy Conference

What equals 50?

The number of years combined that our team
has been managing events.

Nearly 15 years ago, a tech industry client tasked us with managing a complex travel program for their flagship annual conference. ATWM was born.

We have managed some of the most complex registration requirements in the business and are GDPR compliant. We've braved super typhoons, volcanic ash clouds and even a pandemic (now two, actually).

We've been doing hackathons since before hackathons were a thing.
We have put many a square peg into round holes.

Let us leverage that experience for your conference, meeting, or event – large or small, wherever it may be.

There is an art to gathering 5,000 people in a room at the same time on the same day and streaming live to a virtual audience at the same time.

By means of open and frequent communication with our clients, we gain a clear understanding of your requirements.

We have established program tools and best practices that enable our team to organize all the details and deliver an event that surpasses your expectations.

ATWM has provided event services on every continent around the globe.

Flexibility and adaptability to whatever the program requirements dictate are paramount in dealing with global events.

We also have the right global contacts and cultural awareness to ensure a flawless execution.

Check out our Events page for more information.

Walking and Talking
Creative team putting their hands togeth

Our blood runs thick with experience, loyalty, flexibility, curiosity, tenacity, kindness and a burning desire to deliver exceptional events.

We also feel that we try to do the right thing, even when it may not be in our best interest. That's what putting your clients first is all about. And that's the kind of team you get when you work with ATWM.

Meet the team that makes the magic.
