Adrienne started her events career at a notable technology company. After a number of years on the client side, Adrienne received an incredible opportunity to transition to the agency side. As such, her perspective bridges both worlds. As a certified Virtual Event Meeting Management (VEMM) professional who also holds a Travel & Tourism Professional (TTP) designation from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Adrienne is uniquely qualified to provide complete event strategy and design to her clients.

Adrienne is trustworthy, loyal, passionate, and tenacious. She likes the job done… right (the first time). She is a travel aficionado who loves good food, more importantly – good wine, nature and boating Georgian Bay, ON.

Joe brings a unique and invaluable combination of IT, AV, and production skills and experience together as an A+ Certified Technician. As the Technical Lead, Joe is instrumental in determining what is possible and coming up with innovative solutions.

Joe has a calming demeanor and always sees a logical approach. He loves waterskiing, craft beers, and a good steak. Joe is also the best dressed techy around.

Amanda brings decades of IT experience to the ATWM team. Combined with her PMP and A+ certification - and a personality type described as creative with tactical thinking – Amanda will keep your event platform implementation on track and on time. Amanda also believes a sense of humour is key – which is always welcome in the world of events.
 
In addition to loving travel, scuba diving, and good food and wine, Amanda has two kitties. She is also fluent in ASL and even knows some Mandarin Chinese

Amy comes to ATWM with deep graphic design and branding expertise, including firsthand experience with RainFocus creative assets and print design for in-person on-site experiences. Amy will work closely with your brand team in the custom design phase to ensure brand consistency in your RainFocus configuration.

Amy is an avid crafter whose creativity extends beyond design to knitting and home decor. She loves to travel, especially if there is a lookout to hike to.

Amy’s event experience is extensive and diverse. Everything from product launches and media events to large conferences and intimate incentive trips, Amy is the Senior Program Manager of your dreams. She is an expert in venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and all event logistics. She is a seasoned pro who will execute flawlessly on a client's requirements.
 
Amy is meticulous and has a fierce attention to detail. She loves to travel and cook, and she has a deep fondness for animals and nature. Her happy places are near water, horseback riding, and listening to music with coffee or red wine in hand.

Clayton brings extensive experience in event marketing and trade shows to our team. His work on global events has honed his eye for detail and drive for perfection as the show unfolds. Now, as a certified RainFocus Systems Manager, he applies these skills behind the scenes to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
 
As a former ‘self-proclaimed’ athlete, Clayton loves all things sports and has been an OG Sneakerhead since childhood. His quick, witty sense of humour adds a touch of levity to everyday moments, helping to navigate social situations and ease the pressures - something much needed in the event world.

Darlene brings excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience coordinating complex projects and stakeholders to her role in Executive Operations. She is known for being reliable, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a keen ability to anticipate needs and support leadership effectively. Darlene will leverage past experience to contribute to efficient operations and executive success at ATWM.

Darlene enjoys traveling both locally and internationally, with a particular appreciation for destinations featuring mountains or coastal settings. Evenings spent with family and friends enjoying a fire, music and wine are her happy place.

As our Platform Services Manager, Gina brings together decades of experience leading a team in customer service together with excellent organizational skills, creative thinking, attention to detail and, of course - being RainFocus certified – to create magic fairy dust for your platform testing, communications and attendee support. Gina loves schedules, lists and getting things done yet is always up for a challenge, however it is her passion and enthusiasm that are most contagious!

Gina loves to travel with her wonderful family. Together with her husband and two teenage boys they also have a black lab named Bear. The family enjoys camping, hiking as well as playing sports. Gina also loves cooking and its not unusual to see a glass of wine in her hand. Her passions are reading, wine tours, and watching movies. 
 

With over 20 years of technical leadership experience, Gloria brings a background in software engineering and building high performing teams. As Director of Client Technology Services, Gloria leads our technical strategy, drives innovation in event technology, and ensures we deliver exceptional results for our clients. Her expertise also helps ATWM scale efficiently through robust process infrastructure.
 

Beyond technology, Gloria enjoys learning new languages, as it reveals a lot about how people think and is the starting point to understanding others

Karen brings a wealth of experience in administration, HR, and accounting to her role as ATWM’s Business Operations Coordinator. With a background in Office Administration, she applies her versatile skill set to strengthen and streamline internal systems, processes, and policies.
 
Outside of work, Karen enjoys making homemade pasta and pizza with her husband, hosting friends, and volunteering in her community.

With over five years of experience managing event deliverables for clients, sponsors, and partners, Kelsey brings a sharp eye for detail and a passion for seamless execution. She specializes in sourcing, housing management, and logistics, and is highly proficient in RainFocus, ensuring smooth and impactful event experiences.

Before launching her career in events, Kelsey performed across the U.S. and Europe as a classically trained opera singer. These days, she still takes the stage—whether performing with her original band, hosting wine tasting gigs, or belting out tunes at live band karaoke.

With 25+ years on both sides of the table - from the client side at global giants like Sun, Cisco, and Oracle to the supplier side at dynamic innovators like Brightcove and NewSpark - Laurent brings a rare blend of production, technology, and event management expertise. He turns complex logistics into seamless experiences and first-time clients into lifelong partners, all while building the kind of teams people actually love being part of. He leads with energy, empathy, and a zero-excuses commitment to getting it right.

When he's not making events look effortless, you'll find Laurent on the soccer pitch, shredding guitar with friends, enjoying great sushi, or recharging in the mountains of South Lake Tahoe. Equal parts team player and creative spirit - on and off the clock.

Matthew lives for creative technology problem solving. Whether Matthew is building a custom solution inside an existing system or architecting an entirely custom solution, Matthew ensures meticulous precision and welcomes the most complex of design and web challenges.

Matthew is a problem solver at heart, and one who loves to learn - always keeping up with the latest web standards and design practices. When he's not at work, you'll find him either outside on one of his many adventures, or inside engrossed in his love for music.

Megan joins ATWM as a key member of our logistics team, where she will focus on providing event support and housing management services. With extensive experience implementing RainFocus across numerous events, Megan brings valuable expertise for platform services. Her early career in hotel operations adds an extra layer of insight, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Outside of work, Megan is a passionate trivia enthusiast. She hosted and competed in bar trivia nights during her time in Chicago and now enjoys weekly trivia sessions with friends. A lover of winter, Megan's appreciation for the season led her to synchronized skating in college, a testament to her dedication and team spirit.

Sam hails from the picturesque island of Jamaica, where the sun shines brightly, the beaches sparkle, and the people radiate vibrant energy. After relocating to Canada for educational and professional opportunities, Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Western University. Since then, she has built a diverse career in finance, holding various positions including Business Analyst, Accounting Associate, and People Manager.

Driven by a strong belief in the value of excellence, Sam is known for her meticulous planning, including creating detailed schedules and to-do lists to enhance productivity and efficiency. Her dedication to thoroughness and clarity has earned her several Performance Recognition Awards.

In her free time, Sam loves traveling, particularly with her twin sister. She also enjoys listening to music, dancing, and is actively engaged in community volunteer work. 

Spencer brings fresh energy and enthusiasm to the ATWM team as an Event & Marketing Coordinator, where his natural motivation and team-first mindset make an immediate impact. Spencer’s loyalty and relaxed demeanour help foster a positive and collaborative environment.
 
Outside of work, Spencer is a passionate sports fan who enjoys playing soccer and golf. He’s also an avid gamer and is always on the lookout for rare finds and new additions to add to his soccer cards collection. Whether on the field, in the game, or at the office, Spencer brings curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn that inspires those around him.
